In a One Minute Memo James L. Curtis and Matthew Gagnon review the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s new interim final rule, 78 FR 13222 (February 27, 2013), to regulate whistleblower complaints filed under the Affordable Care Act.

The interim final rule, which is explained in detail in the One Minute Memo, is effective on the publication date in the Federal Register. OSHA is simultaneously seeking public comments on the rule, which are due sixty days after its publication in the Federal Register.
