The Illinois Pollution Control Board just rejected Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s (IEPA) proposed “emergency” rules that would have imposed additional Statewide requirements on the handling of coke and coal, including petroleum coke or “petcoke,” at bulk terminals and other specified facilities.
